Launchfield

Features

Everything a release needs, nothing it doesn't.

Launchfield covers the work around shipping software: planning, approvals, communication and record-keeping.

Core features

No. 01

Release checklists

Turn your release process into reusable templates. Each launch starts from a proven checklist instead of a blank page.

No. 02

Owners and due dates

Assign every task to a person with a clear deadline, so responsibility is visible rather than assumed.

No. 03

Cross-team approvals

Collect sign-offs from QA, security, legal or support in one place, with the history of each decision kept on record.

No. 04

AI-assisted release notes

Generate a first draft of customer-facing notes from your release items. Nothing is published until a person approves it.

No. 05

Shared release calendar

See upcoming launches across products and teams to avoid collisions and plan capacity ahead of time.

No. 06

Release archive

Every completed launch is kept as a searchable record of what shipped, who approved it and what was communicated.

Where teams use it

Launchfield is built for software teams of any size that release on a regular rhythm.

Product launches
Coordinate engineering, marketing and support around a single go-live date.
Regular version releases
Run weekly or monthly releases from the same template, with fewer surprises each cycle.
Regulated or sensitive changes
Keep a clear approval trail for changes that need documented review.
Customer communication
Give support and customer success accurate notes before customers start asking.

Data security and privacy

Your release plans stay yours

  • Encrypted in transit. All traffic between your browser and Launchfield uses HTTPS.
  • Role-based access. Workspace owners decide who can view, edit or approve each release.
  • No training on your content. Your workspace data is used to provide the service to you, not to train shared AI models.
  • Human review for AI output. AI drafts are suggestions; a team member always approves the final text.
  • Export and deletion. You can request an export or deletion of your workspace data at any time.
